We aim to keep our YouTube content fun, while also being educational and letting talents’ personalities shine through. As the editorial lead, I work closely with talent to concept the videos and help their vision come to life. I see the creative through from ideation to editing to publishing.
For our Instagram videos, we focus on “edutainment,” or, educating Sephora’s audience in an entertaining way. I’m involved in this process and see it through conception to production while overseeing the edit from an editorial perspective. Since joining the Sephora team and helping evolve their social, IG video views are up by 88% YTD.
